As the title says, I'm trying to get out of my shell in the fandom as of lately. As a guy with social anxiety, this is something that's pretty uncomfortable and out of the norm for me. How about I talk about my fursona. Okay, so I'm a big wolf. I prefer being a feral but ya know anthro is pretty cool too. What I mean by big is like twice the size of a normal wolf, so it would be 375 pounds. I'm ivory, brown, and white. OH I have Tusks too. Big tusks. Yay. I'm just a big awkward wolf, ask me anything or just talk about random stuff.

We skipped it last year but this time it's back with a vengeance! A fan favorite, the Halloween episode, has returned to grace your ear holes! We read your stories set to spoopy audio and add some of our choicest cuts from the FWIW sound libraries, just like old time radio plays! So turn down the lights and hold on to your butts/tails/tail stubs! This episode gets creppy.

Then it has a mailbag. And new Roo Geography! And a field! And a Blue Yarn Yoshi! In fact, it has a lot of silly, too.

Ok, for anybody thinking "what's he on about?" I did this request thing at the start of the month to celebrate halloween and do some requests! (https://www.reddit.com/r/furry/comments/3na0zn/halloween_request_extraveganza/)

I'm accepting 3 requests for art done in a traditional style. I'm still learning, so expect a lot of mistakes.

Requests can be a text description, characters with references, or anything in between. Humorous requests to the front of the line.

Feel free to request a background, as that is actually what I'm best at drawing (trying to get more practice with characters.)

Disclaimer: this is purely my personal opinion, and I present it for the judgement of the moderators of the r/furry board and its population.

So there are a few things I've noticed over time that I think are lacking and should be present in visible locations such as the sidebar or top link-bar.

The list of ideas includes, but is not limited to:

• Redirection links to a selection of community and art websites of the fandom (i.e. furaffinity, e621, weasyl) with the mandatory NSFW warning(because we all know what goes around ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))

• Mentioning significant contributions to the r/furry community, such as fa_mirror's furry glossary.

But those are just my thoughts. what are yours? please share them in the comments section below and remember that we are a community held together by love and respect.
