I'm not exactly new, but I feel like introduce myself properly
Edit: I feel like done grammar good.
I'm really bad at coming up with things about myself that I think are worth talking about, so I'll preface this by saying that people are going to have to coax more out of me with questions...
I've slowly become less and less of a lurker here for quite a while now. I am actually terrible at opening up to people and letting people get to know me (social anxieties - you've probably heard it all before), so this might be kind of a big (hopefully positive) step for me, seeing as I usually try to keep myself hidden away.
I'm a guy who tends to forget his age (it's 24 or something), currently working in software testing, with plans to switch career into something more creative and maybe start writing/drawing a sci-fi comic series in whatever spare time I can get until then. I got into liking furry stuff the same way most kids who grew up in the 90s did - cartoons. Then video games. Then webcomics... All of which I still love today, even if I can't dedicate as much time to them.
I guess the main reason I'm posting this up now is that I'm going through a kind of rough patch in life - I hate my job, I'm losing contact with the few good friends I have because of work schedules and I generally hate myself to the point of caring about very little for weeks at a time. I probably would have made a post like this a couple of weeks ago if I wasn't so full of apathy. The three things keeping me going right now are stubbornness, art and this subreddit - so if I'm going to open myself up to people, I can't think of any better place.
I'm terrible at writing things when I'm not making stuff up.
tl;dr: Friends? Chat? Questions?

So I drew all the art/story/RP/game characters I use, several of them furry/feral! (Sorry if considered not furry enough)
Why I'm leaving /r/furry
I'm going into town to revise. Back in a couple of hours! :D

Anybody else a fan of YourMovieSucks or AdumPlaze?
He's a furry, so I figured it was relevant
Edit: I just noticed that his most recent video has a joke in it that some could interpret as "anti furry" if they don't know his sense of humor. If you're new to YMS, just keep in mind that his humor can be self-deprecating at times.

Hey, fuzz-folks. Why are you up right now?
Studying? Night-shift? Can't sleep? "I'm in a different timezone from you and it's totally normal to be awake right now, you American-centric jerk!"
My tinnitus is so bad right now for no apparent reason, I can't sleep, please talk to me I am bored and so so tired. ;_;
SIDE-REQUEST: What are your favorite relaxing/chill/ambient songs? Sing me a lullaby, /r/furry !
EDIT: the boyfriend-police is awake and has informed me I need to try to sleep. I WILL LISTEN TO EVERY SONG POSTED IN THIS THREAD THOUGH.
Night, y'all! Thanks for talking at me. :D

All This For A Six-Pack…
On the shelves now at your local comic shop (and of course available on-line as well) look for issue #5 of Guardians Team-Up. As in Guardians of the Galaxy, you bet. When Cosmo the psychic space-dog absconds with a six-pack of Rocket Raccoon’s favorite brew, the shortest and loudest Guardian takes off in hot pursuit — and ends up running into the re-united Pet Avengers. Just in time too, as the Pet Avengers find themselves locked in a battle with the newly-formed Pets of Evil Masters and their self-styled leader, Vulture Von Doom! Super-powered animals abound! This issue was written by Andy Lanning and Andy Schmidt, illustrated by Gustavo Duarte and Marcelo Maiolo, with a painted cover by Humberto Ramos and Edgar Delgado.
