Hello furry peoples, stumbled acrossed thus subreddit googling nose art for airplanes and I have desperate need of some help. I personally think werewolves, or anthro wolves, or whatever, are pretty bad ass. Are there any books though, that are good, with this type if character as the good guy?

I appreciate the help! I get asked if I'm a furry sometimes, because my game name is Madwolf, and I'm not sure that I am or not, but you guys seem pretty awesome, so I'm not against the idea. Video game and movie designers need to kidnap some furries and other people and come up with new ideas other than CoD: 85 :p

UPDATE: Turns out, it wasn't the voice actor that died, just a guy with the exact same name.

Christopher Evans Welch, the original voice actor for Miles "Tails" Prower from the "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" TV series, passed on earlier this week.

The voice over artist died in an L.A. hospital following a short illness. He was 48 years old.

His work as Tails was his first ever TV role, starting in 1993. His later film credits include the narrator in Woody Allen's "Vicky Cristina Barcelona", as well as roles in "Synecdoche", "NY" and Sydney Pollack's "The Interpreter".

Prior to his death he was shooting a role in the upcoming HBO series "Silicon Valley".

Y'know what we need more of in Call of Duty: Ghosts? Fur. There just isn't enough of it. Dynamic, flowing, realistic, PC-only fur. Well HOLD ONTO YOUR TAILS, FOLKS! With the newest update for Ghosts comes the addition of "Dynamic Fur Simulation." The stability update allows for "Re-enabled fur and smoke DLLs from nVidia." This is possible since PC versions of the game now support nVidia's PhysX and Apex technologies. Luckily, reports say that even if you don't have an nVidia card, you can still simulate most of the effects. 

This Dynamic Fur Simulation allows fur to react realistically to the environment. All dogs in the game will now have this technology. Enjoy your new furry coats, canines! There's a video below:

Hello everybody. Just a short intro: I'm a 17 year old gay male living in northeastern Ohio and I identify with a wolf. Being a furry is great; when I discovered the fandom, I really found my place, like I belonged...but after dating guys who either didn't share my love for the fandom and the people in it or thought the whole furry fandom was weird, I've started to feel so...lonely. Like, lonely for a mate, a fellow wolf furry. I only know of one other furry; he's also gay, he identifies with a fox, but we live so far away. I suppose this is just a letting stuff off my chest thread, but I've just been feeling really lonely and need support, I suppose. I really just wish I had someone to howl with.

If you've never heard of the PC Gaming Alliance I wouldn't blame you; I only found out about them a couple of hours ago myself.

Formed back in 2008, the mission statement of the Alliance was to improve the quality of PC gaming, and there newest initiative does just that.

Guys, seriously, telling someone that you're furry isn't a life changing thing. You don't have possibility of being kill or disowned for being a furry. Yes, I know there are ignorant people on the internet that believe things that aren't true, but seriously. Literally all you're telling your parents, family, friends, and whoever else is that "I like antros and I (draw, make music for, etc) and I made a character thats (insert animal or mythical creature here)." ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS! Have you guys ever that that can be even slightly offencive to LGBT people who ACTUALLY have to come out. Please furries, reconsider/change your terminology. DISCLAIMER: I in no way intended to offend anyone, if I did, I am sorry in advance. I'm just expressing my opinion about something in the fandom that has been bugging me

I have been receiving good information (outstanding information) and I have looked up some of the links. Many of the costumes are way out of my price range. What I noticed is many were an entire animal, (head, paws, tail, sometimes full suit), not a human/animal crosses. Is that called something different? I have seen many comics where the bulk of the body was human like and had for example a horse head and tail. Is this a sub culture of the furry or something different? Do the two mix?

I have seen numerous comics and cartoon drawings (usually adult in nature) of the human/animal hybrid on sites like deviant art, as well as ones of talking animals that "act human" but are full animals in body design. The latter comics are usually story oriented and sex is a minor aspect. Are both of these Furry Culture or am I getting terms and concepts mixed up?

I might get some hate for this, but I'm simply curious. Being a 17 myself, a lot of my furfriends are teens as well. Using the internet I have always abided by rules of not using my full name or giving specifics of my residence to other unless I know them well. But it seems like a lot of my friends disregard that, and a few even 'Camwhore' as they call it, which is of no judgement upon that, but I'm simply conflicted considering how I was raised with these rules. And beyond that, it's kina illegal for them... But, to each their own. Just wanted to hear some thoughts and input. Thanks! <3

I realize I can watch documentaries on furry fandom and get quite a bit of information but what I am more looking for are personal experiences, how it goes over with family and friends, mistakes you made, how old you were when you started, anything at all that you think the parent of a teen furry should know. Hit me with it, I am all ears!
