I got this a gift for my friend! Something I've been promising for a while. (Artist is SpazzyKoneko.)
While there may not be snow where I live right now, Caroling will be nice this time.
Gonna stop making comics!
I’m not going to be drawing anymore comics. Well, of course I’ll probably doodle some mundane comics about this thing or another thing, but I’m ending this “main series” TwistedBeacon comic. And these won’t be weekly, they’ll be done whenever I feel like drawing a comic. That doesn’t mean three month breaks between comics, just that I’d like a little more time to think of stuff. And how am I supposed to keep up with a comic that needs to revolve around two central characters and jokes about the furry community? I’d rather just draw comics about video games or whatever with Beacon being a central avatar in these supposed comics. I’ll also stop posting these future comics to /r/furry unless the actual joke or comic is directly about furries. I’d like to stick to art, with a few good comics about video games and stuff sprinkled around. So you won't be seeing much from me in /r/furry besides a few drawings, but if you still want to see all my stuff I'm really active on my tumblr!

Friendship in Pairs
I need to get this out of my system.
I want to connect to a MUCK but I have no idea how to.
I'm curious about MUCKs/MUDs (idk), and though I would connect to FurryMUCK, but I have no idea what to do after typing "connect guest guest". Are there any tutorials or someone who could help me out? (Heck, is that place even active? I see alot of abandoned chat rooms lately.)

Newcomer looking to ease into the community
Hi guys, I've probably been a furry for a while now, but it wasn't obvious to me until recently when I ran into some links purely by accident. I'm more into the art/cons of the fandom, so naturally I've been looking at my local con, VancouFur. This has all been very recent, so even my FA account is less than a week old. Age wise, I'm turning twenty later in the year, so I wouldn't need parental guidance or annoying stuff like that.
Of course, as a student, I don't have the funds, and neither do I have the time currently to figure out a fursona detailed enough to warrant spending thousands of dollars on a fursuit. A fursuit is really quite a ways down in the future, if I do get there. I've been thinking of volunteering at VancouFur as a result. I guess my question is: would this be a good way to get into the fandom and further involve myself, or would I do better just going in as a regular attendee?
Thanks, guys!

Took My Partial Fursuit Out On The Hill Today
Looking for a fursuit head commission, for a specific type of furry. [X-Post from /r/Fursuit]
- I'm a Cyborg-dog, and I am looking for someone to make me a fursuit head! Does anyone know of someone who can make me a head along the lines of this character? It can be modified for practical reasons, of course. I just have an opportunity to get the head now, and would like to jump on this ASAP!

Friendship in Pairs
IDW just keeps expanding their own little corner of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic universe — and fandom. Now in January we have a new on-going series, My Little Pony: Friends Forever. “This collection, based on the animated hit series, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, airing on the Hub Network, will be made up of one-shot stories that focus on different pairs of ponies getting into various hijinx and will feature a mix of new creators as well as old favorites.” Sorry folks, no “shipping” allowed! Find out more at IDW’s web site. The first full-color issue of My Little Pony: Friends Forever (featuring none other than Applejack and Pinkie Pie) is written by Alex De Campi and illustrated by Carla Speed McNeil (Finder) with a cover by Amy Mebberson.
