Hello! I'm Marcus. I'm a 19yo male from Sweden. I discovered the furry fandom about 2-3 years ago. But enough about that.

I have some troubles following me trough my whole life, ever since i was around 7-8yo (2001-2002). Back then i started getting bullied week after week, so eventually i started consider suicide. Luckily enough i pulled trough. I switched school so that is why

About 4 or so years later (2006ish) i started to get bullied again and short story i tried suicide again. But i pulled trough again and switched school again.

Around year 2009 it all happened again tho this was going on untill around 2011-2012 and that is when i found the furry fandom and MLP witch saved me from another suicide attempt.

Now recently there is a guy who have started bullying me again and i have started considering suicide again. It is all because of me as a furry and brony.

Don't come and tell me to go to a psychiatrist or something like that, i've already gone to one for about 5 years time and it barely helps. Same with my parents, they have tried.

So what i would like you guys to help me with is to find furries that lives fairly close to me that shares the same life or atleast similar situations. I feel like someone who has gone trough the same is what i need to find happines again. I have drowned my sorrows in furries, mlp and videogames.

I have about 3 friends IRL and 100's online but it does not really matter.

I might as well add that friends from anywhere can help! Just that the closer the better. If anyone wants to pm me skype or steam feel free to as friends is the best thing in a persons life, can't have to many friends.

A few years ago I snuck into the furry fandom slowly, through the back door, and I eventually wound up writing an entire furry novel.

Unfortunately I've had some RL issues related to my fursona (female fursona, male IRL), and I haven't touched my novel in 11 months for semi-related reasons (particularly me realizing that one of my writing partners and I needed to be away from each other).

I'm looking for some advice:

1. I'm having trouble shaking off (and I kinda don't want to) the idea of having a female fursona, but the one I have now is a bit painful to me. Any emotional advice on making a new one? 2. I never got much interest in my novel when it was on deviantART. I never bothered going on FA or any other sites. Would I get more interest in something furry/"anthro fiction" (as I called it) if I went to a furry community?

I've heard of furry musicians before, but I never really knew exactly what they were. Is there something that sets that sets them apart from other musicians, or are they just musicians who also happen to be furries?

I recently read in a fursuit poll that 70% of suiters don't like it when people take their fursuit heads off in public? Why is it such a big deal? We all know there's a person under there so why does it bother people so much to see it?

Welp, for about 2 years I feel I've been so disconnected from the furry fandom. I've always browsed this subreddit, and some yiff occasionally, but I just don't feel like I used to. I consider myself a furry, and respond that I am when someone asks, I suppose I'm looking for some more friends to talk to I guess.

I used to have a group of furs I talked to a year ago-ish, but we all went our sepeate ways and me and my mate have stood together, I would love to get some of you on Steam to chat ^ I mostly play TF2, I consider myself addicted to it. Would love to have some to play with! Feel free to ask me about anything, I'll respond :3
