Pogo – Nicey Nicey
Here we have a pogo mashup of the BBC comedy show “The Mighty Boosh” which is a surreal silly show that leans furry or at least they seem furry curious at times.
Any show that has mod wolves is good in my book.

[Discussion] Lost friend.
This is just a hopeless shout out. Made a really good connection with someone via a very long chat session (as if I was his doppelganger). I lost all hope of reaching him again when my computer crashed. Edit: it happened last night on omegle, when we were both talking about movies. The only piece of information I gave away about my identity, was my first name.
In the one in a million chance you're the friend I lost, I have a way of confirming your identity and I'd like to see you again. If not, I'm up for making new friends as well =).
tl;dr - If you think you're my friend, send me a msg with my first name as the subject.

Lady Felina, a portrait I had commissioned for a friend's birthday of one of his characters
Possible free commission?
It's nothing complex and I probably won't get anyone to agree but I'll give it a try. I'm looking to do an outfit redesign for my sona but I don't have any cash. I'm just hoping to find an artist that's bored or wants practice and I might be able to pay you in some way other than direct cash (I dunno what but we can talk about it).
Anyways this is my sona now and I just want to a different outfit along with different weapons (AKA two glaives and a giant boomerang). The outfit mostly consisting of light tan cargo pants (kinda baggy) and a white and orange hoodie (like the base being white with orange short sleeve and some sort of other orange variations on it) with built in microphone type things in the hood to play music. Also a sort of sheath sling on my back to hold said boomerang. And no shoes. Can't think of anything else at the moment.
Anyways if someone does do this then awesome if not then ok.
Edit: Also I meant these glaives. The throwable kind that fold up. TIL there is another kind, go figure.

Guide to Success in League of Legends
After chatting with a few dozen furries about league (and like 100 non-furries) I've come up with a pretty basic list of why people are in the divisions that they are in. I'm going to try to keep this as bare bones as possible. Feel free to add me for more details in game (DD DoubleDiamond).
Creep Score. The lower the division, the lower the average creep tends to be. Even players that "are a lot better than the division they are in" tend to have about the same CS as their peers.
Vision Control. At level 9, each player should have at least one ward up at any given moment. Supports should have 4. Jungles and mids should have 2 (a pink and a green). The lower the division, the less people follow these rules.
Awareness. The higher the division, the less likely people require MIAs to avoid ganks. They are also more likely to respond (quickly) to pings of "danger" or "careful." They respond more quickly to a fight that breaks out nearby. They change tactics more quickly based on the situation.
Correct Builds. The lower the division, the more often people deviate from the best item builds in the game.
I would say those four aspects alone define the difference between each ranked division in league. I've met people in bronze that play their champion like they are in diamond; while they struggle to CS and they don't even see the enemy jungler in their own wards.
Likewise, I've met people in diamond that play their champ like they are in bronze, but their cs, vision, and awareness are all amazing.
I believe a lot of people stagnate in their efforts to improve because they spend too much time "learning new champions" or "trying to be the best at Riven" etc. They fail to work on the basics and it shows in every match they play.

Looking to buy furry art.
I have been looking for a long time and I can't, ever, seem to find an artist who is taking commissions. So I'm asking here. I am looking for an artist to draw my fursona, in color, and I'm looking to spend between 40-50 USD. Message me if you are interested.
Thank you,

[Commissions] Posting this here for my husband. :)
Hey all! My husband doesn't have a reddit so he was hoping I'd post this here for him. He usually does humans, but would be most willing to try a fursona or two.
His deviantart is here and his pricing list is here.
Some of his work will be NSFW! :)
Thanks for checking it out!

Furries Back In Town Giving Pittsburgh A Financial Boost

Another Anthrocon article, from the website of CBS Pittsburgh:
http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2014/07/02/furries-bring-fun-costumes-and-lots-of-revenue-to-pittsburgh/
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A 6-foot fox in a hotel lobby. A tail on a luggage cart. The “Furries” are back.
Board chairman Dr. Samuel Conway says “Anthrocon” has 6,000 people of the furry persuasion. But what’s it all about?
“Why do people buy tickets to the Super Bowl?” he asks. “Why do people go fishing? It’s what they’re into. It relaxes them. It gets them through the day.”
They’re doctors, teachers and truck drivers, from 25 countries. The “Fox” is a weapons manufacturer.
“I think if my co-workers knew this is what I do, they’d take out a hunting permit on me,” he says.
The tourism group “Visit Pittsburgh” has hosted the Anthrocon convention for nine consecutive years.
“This has brought a total of $41 million to our economy,” says President and CEO Craig Davis. “Just this year alone: $7 million.”
Part of the tradition is lunchtime at Fernando’s.
“We like it. It’s so much fun. I wish they could come every year,” says co-owner Baris Budak.
“We take a furry picture with them,” his brother Ali says.
Furries like the “Tribal Tiger” like to make folks smile.
“There’s nothing that can compare to that emotion that you get inside, when you make someone feel that good,” he says.
Speaking of feeling good, Anthrocon conventions have raised 140 thousand dollars for Pittsburgh charities. This year’s choice: the National Aviary.
