Hi everyone!

I've been lurking in the furry fandom for a while and I thought it was high time to get more involved. I have accounts on some of the major furry sites, but I've never actually talked to other furries. I would like to know how to meet up with furs in my area, and how could I get my fursona illustrated?

Not really the best post, but I was wondering how all you fuzzbutts were keeping this Easter.

It’s interesting when full-fledged fine artists turn their attention to something more whimsical, like cartoon illustration. Such is the case with painter Richard D. Sweatt, who in addition to his gallery works has taken time to write and illustrate a softcover children’s book, Fuzzy Friends. “A story about a little girl that makes friends with the little animals from the nearby woods. As for me, I'm a teenager metalhead who might be bisexual*. I love history, love wolves (obviously), and am also a Star, almost Life, rank boy scout.

This has been brought up on this subreddit before, but recently the "Furret bot spammer" has decided to come back on Omegle. (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, I refer you to this reddit link. http://www.reddit.com/r/furry/comments/2t40ec/to_whomever_keeps_spamming_the_furry_tag_on_omegle/) There are others like this post, so this person might be the only one you see on Omegle for a while. From what I can tell, he's on the "yiff", "yiffing", "furry", and "furries" tags.

The way she currently sees it is "like bronies, but less creepy" (I have no idea how she even knows what one is) but she doesn't know I'm one. If she happens to find this out, how do I explain it?

I know some of the fandom suffer from depression. What do you do to feel better? :)
