Watch Your Blood Sugar

In-Fur-Nation - Wed 15 Apr 2015 - 01:50

More entries in the chibi parade. Michael Banks is an illustrator who specializes in full-color portraits of cute anthropomorphic animals with Really Big Eyes — in the old days, this stuff would likely have been painted on black velvet. You can probably guess what he had in mind when he named his company Sugar Fueled. He sells individual prints, but he’s also put together several collections of his artwork that are available at his official web site.

Any artists feeling... charitable? For a good cause, of course. Heheh.

Furry Reddit - Wed 15 Apr 2015 - 01:10

My girlfriend kind of just embraced her furry-ness, and she decided her fursona was gonna be a cow. I'm not the best... I'm not an artist. I used a line art base to make up a kind of ref sheet for her, so she can actually see what her sona would look like. It still needs work. Anyway, what I'm wondering is if any artist is willing to draw a headshot/upper body shot of her fursona for... free. If I had any money, I'd pay. :( If anyone is willing to draw it out, I'd take just a sketch or line art or whatever. I just think it'd be nice for her to have a real picture of her sona as she gets used to her tail. :3 This is a picture she drew of her cow Blythe. http://i.imgur.com/F9GwxPX.png

Do you relate better with your own species?

Furry Reddit - Tue 14 Apr 2015 - 23:03

No matter what species you are, do you tend to form stronger bonds with people who identify with the same species as you? Or do you personally not care which species someone is?

ie; I myself, being a skunk, will always try to say hello and befriend other skunkfurs.

Could use some advice...

Furry Reddit - Tue 14 Apr 2015 - 19:46

So there is a furry convention coming up in August that I plan to go to. It would be my first. My problem is that I am 15 (will be 16 in May). While I'm still able to attend, and participate, there are certain areas and things I will not be able to access due to my age. I feel like this make it less enjoyable, or just not worth it until I'm an adult. If anyone could give some advice from personal experience, It would help me a lot! Thank you~ ~Side note: I am also going alone, unless I make a furry friend by that time. Is it worth it to go alone? Or is it suggested to go with friends? Thanks again! <3
