Wife's collar (the one she can't remove)
Hey guys, I'm a nerd. Being a nerd I wonder about nerd things. My wonder today is simple. What would your fursona be in fantasy setting and a sci-fi setting?
Now I have 2 characters I use as my fursonas so I'll do a set for both.
My Beeeer would certainly be a magic or pseudo magic kind of guy.
In a fantasy setting he would be a Druid. More specifically a WoW like druid with nature magic and transformations.
For Sci-fi a Mass Effect-esque adept like class or a sort of combat technician/engineer would be a good fit. Turrets, drones, plasma blasts, psionic powers, all that good stuff.
Next would be my dog with the fancy green hat. Despite being smaller than my Beeeer he is certainly a bit more scrappy and willing to get his hands dirty.
In a fantasy setting he would almost certainly be a Paladin or Spellblade. Still a magic user but has a significantly smaller focus on magic than my Beeer.
Now, the sci-fi setting is a bit harder for this one. He is slightly smaller than average height and more often than not sci-fi characters are burly marines or highly trained commandos. Like Commander Shepard, James Raynor, or the Gears of War marines. A gun doesn't fit the scrappy style of the character, and something like a jedi or sith is too sci-fantasy for my tastes.)
Skipping the explanation, he would probably be something akin to a starcraft ghost or dark templar. Covert but ruthlessly efficient.
Now enough about me, what would you guys be?

When I post art on this subreddit, I don't seem to make any splash in the wave of furry art. I'm not sure if it's my cartoony, unrealistic style, or maybe I'm just bad at art, I don't know, but any help/criticism/hate mail would be much appreciated. I draw on an Acer Tablet using the Artflow app, and it only allows me two layers and very limited brushes, because I'm not paying for the full version.

I love everyone here
After being an active furry for the last two weeks, I can truly say that this is the best community out there, everyone is so understanding and friendly. Ever since I got my braces put in I've been just generally down under, and this community has just cheered me up tenfold. Thank you everyone for being the best thing that's happened to me. A million cuddles to all of you :)

Furries Help Kids Learn
But you knew that, yes? Now the latest in a long tradition… Robert Wayne Hickey is not only a comic book writer and artist, he is also the father of two boys with “learning differences”. So he and his wife set out of find a way to use comics to help their boys and other kids with ADHD, dyslexia, and other differences learn the best that they can. The result of that is Clay’s Way, a continuing on-line comic strip that Robert created with artist Jackie Hernandez. Clay is a young boy who, with the help of a friendly panda named Pan and a set of other interesting furry characters, has adventures and learns as he goes. The comic is regularly updated at the Clay’s Way web site. Now, Afterburn have collected the first 150 Clay’s Way comics into a trade paperback which you can check out over at Previews.
Hoo boy... I hope they know what they've done.
I finally did an art of my hippogryphon!
Hi guys, I'm bored so if you want me to doodle your fursona, leave a ref here? n_n
I'll only be able to do one or two drawings, since school is keeping me quite busy these days!
:) Just drop a ref, lemme see your beautiful and adorable sonas! <3
I'll only be able to do one tonight, but I plan to go through this thread later and steadily do all of the people who post here.
