Another (Weekly?) Reddit Flair Thread!
You know the drill.
Post your reference, and hope that I actually get them done. If not, then someone else will... I think.

Bought myself a little something something
is ther something new and dorky in the works?
What is your sona's party trick?
It can be a special talent or just a little quirky thing they can do.
Eg:
"I can catch footballs with my antlers!"
"I can recite a Rick Astley song backwards and in 3 different languages!"
"I can defuse a bomb using only my tail!"

Why are there almost no raccoons?
Magickal Mice
Here’s how they describe it: “The epic introduction to Kaya and her brother Jak as she begins her journey into discovering the magic and mystery of their precious world, Silmay. In Boe, Kaya goes through the Trial of the Elder’s door and meets a special trusted ally. In Broodva, Valta discovers something new and troubling.” The front cover tells you a bit more perhaps. Tailwands has been an on-line full-color comic at Comixology for a while now. It’s written by Drew Crowder with illustrations by Morgan Rae Myers. Now Hashtag Comics have released the first set of Tailwands adventures as a graphic novel in paperback. Take a look over at Previews.

COME HITHER BABES ITS TIME FOR GIFT ART
Never have I felt so loved
I've been a furry for something like 15 years, but before now I had never dared do anything furry-related. I enjoyed the art, but that was it. I didn't have a fursona, didn't have a fursuit, didn't wear a tail and certainly didn't speak of it to anyone - partly out of shame, partly out of a fear of being outed and ostracized by everyone I know.
I figured I should indulge the furry aspect of my personality at least once in my life, and so I signed up for an actual furry convention in Montreal.
Once I overcame the initial awkwardness, I discovered the most loving people I have ever met. There I was, a complete stranger, and yet everyone welcomed me with open arms (literally; I have never received so many hugs in my life). Two days later, I've made over a dozen new friends - good friends.
I can be myself around furries - weird is the norm, not the exception, and there's nothing too weird about myself that this community can't handle and accept. Seeing people prance around in costumes fills me with a child-like joy and whimsy that I never thought I'd ever experience again.
I'm now looking at getting my own character designed so I can have a fursuit built (if you build fursuits or know someone who does in Montreal, let me know!)
So thank you to everyone I met at What The Fur 2015, and thank you everyone in the furry community for creating this wonderful environment.
