Ahh ahh ahh ahh oh my god.

So I've just been thinking about this, and the psychology behind liking music...my question is, what are your favorite song lyrics? Or, favorite song as a whole?

..yeah okay maybe this isn't at all furry related but I like you all and it's easier to ask you guys as a sample group than to scrounge up a few untrustworthy fellows.

Tl;dr: muuuusic guys.

I personally love several strings of lyrics for several reasons.
"It's Only Life" by The Shins always lifts me up when I'm down, reminding me that I always have friends, that I always have people who love and care for me who have "been down the very road [I'm] walking." Aw geez.
"Blue Spotted Tail" by Fleet Foxes is a freakin' poem! It's just wonderful and somber and shy and existential but loving and soothing in a way.
"The Suburbs" by Arcade Fire...guys this is my favorite song of all time. I feel like it just...CAPTURES the spirit of being raised in a suburban neighborhood. And...I just adore the lyrics. How some are complex and violent ("You always seemed so sure that one day we'd be fighting in the suburban war. Your part of town against mine; I saw you standing on the opposite shore.") yet how others are strikingly simple and memory-provoking ("So move your feet from hot pavement and into the grass" and "I want a daughter while I'm still young; I wanna hold her hand, show her some beauty before all this damage is done..."). The song is the soundtrack to my life, I think. It's just...right. It fits.
Finally, The Decemberists. (But wait, Tuxy, isn't that an artist?) WHY YES YES IT IS. A lot of their lyrics are centered around stories or poems as long as you never ever EVER ever listen to What A Terrible World, What A Beautiful World, their newest album. Songs like "Eli, the Barrow Boy" and "O, Valencia!" and "Yankee Bayonet" and "Mariner's Revenge Song" and "Pretty Much Every Song That ISN'T FROM THEIR NEWEST ALBUM." are all worth listening to.

I'm terrible at making names for characters. This is always the hardest part for me, especially in MMOs haha. Any ideas? :p

My ref sheet that I wrote up on notepad:

Fur Colour: Brown/White

Weight: 205

General look: Long fur with a very bushy tail. Some distinctive markings on his face. ( A few white spots of fur on the left side of his forehead) and a small scar above his right eye.

Sexual orientation: Bisexual

Personality: Generally a good person. Very shy but opens up once he gets used to people. Friendly and enjoys hugs and cuddles, A little skittish, Worries way too much.

Likes: Swimming, Being outside(especially in forests where he feels most at home), Listening to music, Relaxing, Gaming, Movies/TV, Annoying friends.

Dislikes: Being angry, Someone being upset, Bees.

just send me a picture of your character or something, also feel free to give details about what pose/scenario you want your characters in, more advanced/challenging stuff is always welcome. (really, just say you want your character riding godzilla while its skateboarding in the middle of a vulcano or idk, its just more fun to draw than mundane poses)

im gonna post a file with all of the drawings on it in this tread when im done, and also gonna send a PM to notify ya. Probably gonna make more of these treads so don't worry if you didn't get in, maybe next time. C:
