Should we have a 'make fun of ourselves' day / week?
Furries tend to get too worked up over 'fursecution' and the like. I think it would be a good relief to make fun of ourselves and what we do sometime.
Perhaps we could have a day or week where we get to make fun of all the crazy shit that furries do? Even a single thread, so people aren't shitposting.

I owe a couple people an apology!
I made a post a couple weeks ago saying I was doing free art. I said I'd give everyones character a go but the number of requests was just too much at the time. It's been a couple of weeks and rather than just leave people hanging in the dark I've come out to say that I wasn't able to complete what I promised.
I was only capable of completing 9 of the ~20 requests I received which you can see in this album here: http://imgur.com/a/SFrrN
You are allowed to bludgeon me with a stick and ask me to complete the picture I owe you (for some reason, if you can trust me to do so) if you want.

I would like to commission a portrait for my wife.
So, my wife and I, got each other some cute build a bear stuffed animals. A monkey and orange cat, to be specific. In our time together as a silly thing we do, I've woven a complex backstory and relationship regarding them. I would love to present her with an adorable portrait of them in their "natural state" with each other to her as a 1st year wedding gift. (we've been married year. How I am not dead is beyond me.) Something cute, tasteful and semi-realistic, would be preferred. (ie not super cartoony think almost Lackadaisy Style. Great comic BTW.)
The story (in brief): Casey (the cat): Son of a british business mogel, set off into the us, became a real estate and casino magnate. Sharp wit, careful and discerning eye for opportunity stuffy and reserved. Fell in love with Corgi (the monkey) at a drag show hosted in his own casino.
Corgi: Free spirit, flamboyant, exuberant not afraid of anything, anything goes style attitude. Love's Casey to death, and LOVES to tease and make him ever so uncomfortable. If only to help him live a little beyond the office.
