Hello everyone! I hope all of your New Years went well. And whether 2015 was a good year for you or not, I hope 2016 proves to be better. Once again, I would like to thank everyone who decided to open up to the community last week, as well as all the users who gave their assistance to those in need. You are both awesome!

As always, if anyone has any ideas on how this thread could be improved upon, please do not hesitate to send me a PM. I would love to make this the best place it can be.

This is a thread dedicated to helping other furries who may be experiencing problems and are looking for somebody to talk to.

Users have sometimes stated that it is difficult to express their sorrows or misfortunes on this sub because they do not want to feel burdensome or unwelcome in what is normally a very happy-go-lucky environment. And so, this thread is to encourage furs to open up with their issues and to seek help from others.

If grief has been on your mind or something has been bothering you as of late, big or small, please leave a comment for myself and others to see if we can be of any help, or at least lend a sympathetic ear. Alternatively, if you feel pretty nice about yourself today, don't be afraid to browse any existing comments and see if you can make somebody's day a little better. Maybe you have experience with what that person might be dealing with. Or perhaps you just want to let them know that they have a person to talk to.

However, here are the principles from last week that should be considered:

• I am aware that unfortunately, misfortune does not have a curfew. This thread is not in any way meant to contain negative emotion on the sub, but is meant to be a convenient place for others to open up and find somebody to talk to. If you experience strife at any other time during the week, do not feel like you must wait until Saturday to state it. Please feel free to make your own post.

• This thread is not meant to replace professional help. If you feel that you could have depression or any other similar psychological condition, you are still invited to post, but it is highly recommended that you seek a form of professional help as well.

• Suffering is not a competition. Do not feel like your issues are too slight, or insignificant to post. You are invited to express your problems no matter their scale. Your sadness is just as valid as any others.

• Last but certainly not least, if you are responding to a comment do your best to be as thorough and insightful as possible. Do not just comment and forget about the other person afterward. While little pick-me-ups can help, do your best to be there for the other person. Encourage discussion and do not be afraid to have more in depth conversations. The comment section is always fine, but if either of you feel that you must talk in a more private setting, do not be afraid to use PM or Skype.

Pawcraft (/r/pawcraft), a furry Minecraft server sponsored by BoltWolf Networks was born on February 1 2014. (9 days before my birthday!)

As its approaching its first anniversary I was thinking about setting up a furry Minecraft livestream, or a set of livestreams.

Basically a meetup of us furs on the server to celebrate its anniversary, and the fandom!

Would anyone be interested in meeting up, or helping out with a livestream? I will have upgraded my CPU by then so I can stream, myself but I thought maybe a livestream group call/chat would be nice.

Been a weird last two months. Some health issues have gotten in my way but I'm on the up and up. I've been lurking for quite awhile, but you've all been a consistent source of laughs and smiles over a rough period of time. Hopefully gonna be posting more and even looking to update my sona, but thanks to all you guys and girls for keeping my spirits up. Toe hugs for all

Damon Bard is a sculptor, 3D modeler, and character designer with decades of work under his belt. He says it best himself on his web site: “For 28+ years now, Damon Bard has been working as a freelance artist in the entertainment industry primarily as a sculptor but also as a development artist and designer of characters and creatures. Since then, he has contributed to nearly 30 films and other various projects during his career. Damon has also been fortunate enough to have worked along side some of the most talented, acclaimed and awarded artists and directors in the industry and on a few of the most successful films ever made: Kung Fu Panda II, How To Train Your Dragon, Coraline, Kung Fu Panda, Ratatouille, Shrek 2, Star Wars: Episode 3, and Madagascar to name a few. Additionally, Damon works on his bronze figurative sculpture and oil paintings between and during projects as time allows.” A busy artist.
