FunLaser (The guy who made the LED Dog Tag posted earlier this week) is having a 15% off sale!
http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2777501/ for more info.
Basically all his laser engraved items are 15% off for October only! His items are pretty high quality, and sturdy as a rock. The LEDs are super bright, and the engravings are very clear and well done.
Be sure and tell him that CaptainBozo sent you if you make an order :>

The age debate.
So I we held a meetup just yesterday and requested that to attend you be 18+. Now I'm not against minors being furry. Shoot i found the community when I was a minor. I just asked that they not attend this particular gathering. And of course since since furry=drama I have friends outraged that I would exclude someone based on age.
What are you opinions r/furry?
My feelings on this are:
Not wanting the responsibility of caring for a minor or potential legal ramifications.
Not wanting to have to explain to a parental figure what furry is and why their child wants to hang out with adults. Or worse, yiffing, petting, etc.
The general maturity level and conversation. Yes I know some people can be mature for their age.
The general social awkwardness of hanging out with people around a common "Fetish" and including minor. Just squids me a bit.
I'm sure I had another reason but meh for now.
edit. The mate and I were debating inviting everyone back to the house to drink and watch movies after the meet. Not wanting to have people excluded from coming out to the meet and then told they can't come over is rude so we said no from the start. Turns out we just went to a park an flew kites I feel a bit bad by excluding them. Oh and the two who wanted to attend are only 14. If they could provide their own transportation I would have had less of a concern because I could ask them to leave.
And no owe meets don't revolve around poet and adult content. I dont

Do werewolves count as anthro's?
Just a question i thought up :/
I don't think they do though. Most werevolves are portrayed as mindless, remorseless killing machines, and more animal than man. Of course, the depiction of a werewolf differs from artist to filmaker, so im just asking about the popular movie depiction of a werewolf. Oh yeah, not Twilight werewolves, the awesome kind.
Also, if you are expecting a response, i won't be able to reply until at least Friday, my computer died (for the fifth time), im typing this from my cousins laptop.

Time for some discussion! What are peoples thoughts on FA alternatives?
I ask because recently I fully migrated over to InkBunny, from FurAffinity. The lack of security, deceitful money making (tracking cookies scandal) and general lack of direction and professionalism on the website finally got to me. Anyway, I discovered InkBunny.
It was better managed, seemingly better secured, had far better features, and was more user friendly than FA. Shortly after using the FA to InkBunny migration tool (it can import your gallery, faves et all) I was surprised that it hadn't really taken off. 'Till I discovered it was riddled with cub art (and not the clean kind). I don't have anything against babyfurs, but on an art website I was planning on frequenting, I didn't want that kind of thing showing up, and so I blocked any cub related keywords, et voilà, it just about completely vanished from the site. Now that I'm fully on InkBunny, and I have it set up how I like it, I have to admit I far prefer it to FurAffinity, it's just a shame it's so underused because after FA banned cub, all the artists/commissioners swarmed over to there.
So Reddit, what FA alternatives do you use (if any)? What're your thoughts on them? And if you don't, what's keeping you on FA? Other than its large userbase.
