So this cool show on the YouTubes seen above called “The Young Turks” which goes into the Furry Fandom at Anthrocon. While the conversation isn’t so much about the convention and more about the sexual aspect. It is interesting to hear them talk about how they think we act and see ourselves in the fandom. Take a listen and comment if you wish!

Being a furry since the "Warrior" books first came out, skill having not improved at all, I feel as though I am the only one that cannot draw worth a damn. Am I really the only one that can draw nothing more than a stick figure? ... And that's the story of why I still am unaware what my fursona looks like :p.

Anyways yeah, anyone else?

I, Mr.77, am very much in need of a collab partner for some of an upcoming graphic novel I have planned. Seeing as my drawing skills are on par with a vegetative chimp, I am looking for an artist. The project focuses on a young man in world of anthromorphs and humans. It is about equal parts high school drama/detective/harem comedy/sci-fi/martial arts (and bears, oh my!).

-must be skilled in drawing humans as well furries -must be able to complete the workload (50-55 black and white pages) in a time table of three months -a background in Japanese style illustration is preferred (but not required) -same as above, but in regards to ninja ancestry

All payment will be done over PayPal. The artist will name a price (to make it worth their while in case no profits are made) and if its reasonable, I will pay half upfront and half upon completion. Next school year I will be on the video editing team with one of my friends. We will have complete control over what the videos, however the main theme of the videos will be chosen by who ever needs the video. I was thinking I could somehow introduce my school to furries in order to see if there are any secret furries out there and so maybe people will understand why I draw anthro characters all the time and wear a tail to school every now and again ;) I can't think of any way to do this though. Anything I do would have to be cleverly hidden in the video. Any ideas?

EDIT: I am in high school and it is a private Christian school with just about no bullies, people just do what they want and everyone seems to be fine with it. I would be a Junior next year, so I would be an upper class-men if that matters for anything.

This week, listen to us talk about that most quintessential of furry topics: the fursuit. Would we wear one if we could afford it, and how many social norms would we be willing to ignore in the process?

Seeing as how I'm moving to another state, I've noticed there are little to no furries there. and while I dont feel my future boyfriend NEEDS to be a furry it would probably help if he was one.

this may sound a bit cold but has the small population of furries lessened some of your expectations?.

(also whats with furries and not bathing :O)

I dont want to come off as angry or hateful, just been kinda bummed out seeing the lucky few who are happily together and living near each other

I don't know why, but I find the squeakers slightly annoying. Fursuiters are awesome and all, but I guess I find the squeaker just a bit over-the-top. Yeah, yeah, I know, fursuits in general are pretty over-the-top.

What about you guys?
