I finally drew a decent reference for Fizz!
Please help. How do I explain to my SO Furries aren't bad people?
So I've always thought that being a furry was cool, even before I knew what it was. I only discovered the online furry community a few months ago and I love it. However, the person I'm with (which I love with all my heart) hates furries. Any advice how to break it to him gently? I know he wouldn't hide things from me, so I don't want to hide this from him.

LF Portland and Seattle furry groups
I'm looking to contact people within the Portland and the Seattle area furry groups. I'd like to know more about the area, the furry community there, etc.
Anyone that visits here have that info? Yeah, I could google it, but not everything is easy to find through google, and the higher results aren't always the active communities. :3 Thanks.

Taking some NSFW requests!
Hey, there! I'm looking to expand my artistic palette, both in content and style, so I'm taking requests (again). The only requirement is that these must be NSFW.

I'm aware that it's only tasteful nudity, which is why I need your help. I would appreciate it if you could give me pose descriptions on what you'd like, since for some reason, I'm useless at coming up with interesting poses. The sexier the better!
I know it might be awkward for some to do this on a public forum, but please don't PM me requests. It makes it difficult for me to keep track of things.
I think that's it. Post an image of your character, or a detailed description, with a specific pose you have in mind. I will do two characters, but no more than that, please.

Looking for a Furry...Comic Noir Style Artist
I think the title kind of says it all, but I am hunting for a Furry artist who can do a...for lack of better term 'Comic Noir' style for a two panel comic style commission.
Now, to explain what I mean by 'Comic Noir', I mean hard edged shadows, darker colors...closest thing I can compare it to would be 'Sin City' or 'Max Payne'.
The commission would be two 'panels', in reality a front/back shot of a particular scene. Main subject would be Nyeusi Kifo, a hired killer, who is a panther. Lots of fine detail, down to concealed knives, specific guns in holsters, etc.
Up for it, or know someone who would fit the bill? Let me know (Bonus points for traditional artist, in other words non-digital).

Anthrocon this week, looking forward to that brand of chaos, my first megaconvention. Keep an eye out for me, I’ll be at the Kaze retrospective event on Friday and generally milling around the rest of the time, look for a green shirt and tie and black jacket. Say hi if you have a second!
Friday the 4th–the Kaze Retrospective panel–is the launch of Kaze: Ghost Warrior’s next chapter, the new incarnation of the 2004 animated “Kaze” film by Amadhia Albee. I’m working with her on her Kickstarter launch, dealing for the first time with the issues in an actual Kickstarter campaign (and working with another artist…) More about this project on Friday, and I’ll be sure to post a “project in review” in the Resources section. Come if you can, Amadhia’s an amazingly talented person in a wide number of fields.
Just two mini-reviews this week, I’m going to return to my goal of two or three blog posts a week after August when the campaign is over. So until AC, here’s a quick look at a few video games–not vouching for both of them, one’s a bit weak, but the concept art is good for a look.

Cute, but the project is a little unclear and weak on professionalism–not surprising, given the subject matter, but not a confidence builder either.

About a month ago, I asked how to start relationships when you're only into yiff. My problem was that I was only turned on by yiff art. After more than a month of nofap, there's no difference on that side, but I expected that.
I've tried to look for more furries in my area. I found only one, and we didn't really talk much. However, I realized this was only a small part of what makes someone, and I shouldn't look exclusively for that.
As for relationships in general, as people said on the other thread, romance != sex. It might be harder for me to find that perfect someone, but I'm more hopeful about that today. Plus, one of my friends on the internet who was actually in the same situation as me found love, which proves to me it's far from impossible.
I decided to move in a larger town (Montreal) once I'm done with my studies, so I could meet more people with similar interests as me, included but not limited to furries.
Thought I'd share with you guys.

Is this odd?
Okay so I'm furry, obviously, any who I never really found an animal, mythical or otherwise that appealed to me, sooo I created a species that fits me. Though it doesn't have fur or scales or a combination it does have an exoskelton thing ish..... what I'm asking is is that weird? Among the fandom ik weird is hard to come by lol.
