LoL furs

Furry Reddit - Fri 27 Jun 2014 - 06:38

Well simply enough I have been playing LoL quite a bit lately and looking to build a dedicated 3v3 team or even a5v5 team to work towards ranked matches. Not saying I'm the best yet, I still need more practice but I think having a dedicated team would be more beneficial than random team mates. If your interested my rune set up is leaning more towards a AD type champion, like talon who I tend to play more, but I also play tank champs when needed, shen or nasus. If interested just post here or shoot me a pm and we can talk more.

*edit

I play on the US servers I'll have to double check when I get home.*

HC SVNT DRACONES: Find a group

Furry Reddit - Fri 27 Jun 2014 - 06:36

Hey guys

Most of you probably read about HC SVNT DRACONES (/s/furry post).

There were a few people who expressed interest, but we can only get some beta-material if we have a group of 3-6 to play with. So i made a spreadsheet in google-docs where you guys can enter some stuff and look for others to play with, you are free to share the links with friends, but pleas keep it low, or this will get messy.

Here is the spreadsheet

I will keep an eye on it, and I will delete everything unnecessary and I'm using the protection-system, so no one will delete someone others stuff. If you guys found a group, please contact me, and i will mark your line.

Have a nice day.

PS: If there are problems with editing the sheet, please contact me.

The Lion Blocks

In-Fur-Nation - Fri 27 Jun 2014 - 01:54

Perhaps it was inevitable that someone would turn Lego toys’ popular anthropomorphic fantasy series Legends of Chima into a comic book — and Papercutz were the ones to do it. No less than three volumes of Lego: Legends of Chima have hit the stands now, in both hardcover and trade paperback editions. They’re written by Yannick Grotholt with full-color art by Comicon (yes, that’s the name). “Chima— a world reigned by animal tribes, divided by the battle of the noble lions against the evil crocodiles. In High Risk [Volume 1] Laval, prince of the Lions and his friend Eris, a warrior of the Eagle Tribe, engage in a training race on their Speedorz. As the two speed through the jungle, they stumble upon a Gorilla convoy transporting CHI that is being attacked by the Crocodiles. Will Laval and Eris save their Gorilla friends? Or will they become Crocodile Meat?” Papercutz has a web site dedicated to the series.

Does anyone know any furry chats besides furnet that are popular? I want to make some more friends, but have no idea where to do it.

Furry Reddit - Fri 27 Jun 2014 - 01:37

Hopefully ones that are friendly to multifurs?

EDIT: A couple people are saying F-List, so I should mention that I'd prefer it to be SFW.

A question about selling prints at AC...

Furry Reddit - Thu 26 Jun 2014 - 21:17

Hey all, asking here on behalf of my mate, who's going to be a dealer at AC... We're making up prints to sell, and we're wondering if there's any generally preferred size for prints. 8.5x11? 8x10? Something else?

We don't want to be the idiots who made all of our prints the wrong size... Does anyone know?

Thank you very much for any help!!

Game of Chimps

Fursday - Reading List - Thu 26 Jun 2014 - 19:32

Colin Barras writes about the observations Jane Goodall made over a 50 year period:

The results suggest that the Gombe community was united until 1971. Then the chimps suddenly split into two groups – one based in the north, one in the south – that spent less time socialising with each other. [...]It's hard to say what caused the split, but a senior male called Leakey died at the end of 1970. "As soon as Leakey died they started splitting," says Feldblum. "He seems to have been a bridge between the northern and southern chimps."

The opportunism seized to become alpha male and invoke tribal loyalties are a fascinating echo of our own human society.

Are there turtle/tortoise suits?

Furry Reddit - Thu 26 Jun 2014 - 19:26

Just curious :) I'm planning on getting a suit someday for either Lee (orange alligator), Kjan (blue chameleon), or a tortoise character.

Can anybody make a fursona for my friend.

Furry Reddit - Thu 26 Jun 2014 - 19:01

He wants me to make him a fursona, but I'm not a furry so I'm not really all that good at drawing animals. So I would greatly appreciate if somebody could give me a sketch or a drawing of his fursona. All credit will be given to the artist.

Here is the description he had given me:

-Male Wolf

-Grey coat

-Brown hair (on top of head)

-dark brown/grey ears

-slightly lighter grey (not very noticeable) fur pattern

-jeans

-black sweatshirt with green strings and grey steam logo on front

-black and dark purple headphones around neck

-grey/blue eyes

Thanks in advance.
