If you’re not familiar with Larry Niven, you should be. For one thing he was Guest of Honor at Further Confusion once — largely for his creation of the brutal tiger-like aliens known as the Kzin. In 1970 his novel Ringworld received both the Hugo and Nebula Awards for Best Novel. Now, many years later, Tor Books is creating a series of black & white manga-style graphic novel adaptations of the book. “Two-hundred-year-old human Louis Wu is recruited by a two-headed alien named Nessus to join him, a felinoid warrior alien named Speaker-to-Animals, and the infinitely lucky human Teela Brown to explore an alien artifact. They find a Ringworld, a ribbon millions of miles long built around a distant sun. The civilization has fallen into savagery, though, and after crashing into the Ringworld, Louis must come up with a clever plan to get back to known space, hundreds of light years away.” Adapted by Robert Mandell (script) and Sean Lam (illustration), Part 1 is available now in paperback at Amazon.

Hey, furry friends! Arcane here, to share a project Dark Panda and I have embarked on. It's a YouTube channel, ControllerTape, where we do Let's Plays with a blend of what we hope is clever commentary and quirky animation. Our first LP is Super Mario Bros.: Lost Levels, and boy are we bad at it.

What do you think? Honest constructive feedback is appreciated as we're just getting started and would love to make our channel fun and enjoyable to all, as well as be good reps for our community!

PLEASE READ: It would be greatly appreciated if people could allow those with no drawings of their fursona or have very rough versions to get dibs on this first. However, it's first come, first serve I guess. :\

It took me a lot of thought deciding to do this, but thought I should try and give back a little. I'm mainly doing this for things to draw and practicing on character expression and design since I'm in what I call, the training phase. Here's the details:

• Please provide a reference sheet, or a very well written explanation of your character.
• I will draw ONE pose of your fursona/character. It will be done as a basic concept sheet. You will get a character with full line art, base color, and shadowing.
• There's no background, but you can have additional text and stats describing your character.
• No porn or any fetish material of any type (keep it clean please)

Other notes:

• I draw in a toonish, Disney-esque style. You are my experiment with designs. Since this is free art, you will get what you get. However, I will still treat it with care as my own considering I represent myself on all art that I draw.
• I primarily draw cats. I've only drawn one fox, and nothing else. Please know that I'm a bit green on various species.
• I have a full time job and work on these after work and on weekends, which is why I'm only accepting 2 right now. Please allow a couple weeks before delivery.

Examples of styles you would get (these are a few months old and have improved a bit since). Again, you only get ONE pose.

While doing research on the Furry fandom after watching the Fanboy Confessional: Furry Edition; by watching YouTube videos and reading articles and anything else to understand more about the fandom. I started to have this really good feeling inside of me that I never had that I started to laugh for it felt really good and yet I do not know what is this feeling? I thought it could be a guilty pleasure, but I am probably am wrong about that theory, but still that good feeling that I had started to fade within a month, but I still get a that feeling, occasionally. I don't know why that feeling felt good and joyfully, but it defiantly caused me to not finish watching some furry videos all the way and admiring that Fursuiters photographs.
Does anybody know what is that feeling that I was having, I really need an answer?
