Not really sure..

I am pretty sure you guys know about the thing on /r/WTF and it's surprisingly positive feedback on the comment section..

I don't.. I might be insane but I feel like we should try to welcome more people to /r/furry.. I guess I just want this subreddit to be slightly bigger and stuff..

obviously, I am new here, so this is just my thoughts.. and stuff.. idk..

So... Recently I've been having all these life-changing revelations about myself and my life. I've graduated from high school, become a working adult, figured out what I want to do with my life (education-wise), found my own fashion style that I feel comfortable in (very important considering I want to study fashion :B), AND I've admitted to myself that my favourite colour is pink...

But there's this one thought that has always been floating in my head - and I've been reluctant to acknowledge that thought due to the stigma surrounding the furry fandom: I think I really like anthropomorpic animals! Growing up I was obsessed with stuff like neopets (drawing Xweetoks and Ixis in clothing all day everyday), I had a sort-of fursona gary-stu kangaroo thing...

But due to the negative stuff I read on deviantART, I really didn't want to admit how I felt... Mainly because the part of the fandom I was exposed to was really into the... sexual aspect - which is not what I care for...

But I guess this is me saying that I think I may be at least a bit of a furry. . .

EDIT: thanks for all the feedback guys! I think that, I'm more comfortable calling myself a furry in private - like its a personal hobby kind of thing. I'll post art soon!

So im in a few chat rooms, and ive noticed that alot of furs are below the age of 18... a few are portraying cubs... Am i the only person that gets uncomfortable by this...? Not trying to hate.. just curious

Currently reading Lackadaisy, Bittersweet Candy Bowl, Cloudscratcher, Vinci and Arty, Dinosaur Comics, Precocious, Faux Pas, Chevalier, and Dan and Mab's Furry Adventures (as well as quite a few other, non-furry webcomics), just in case that helps. I'm thinking Housepets maybe?
