I installed the game in response to this post: http://www.reddit.com/r/furry/comments/2luo95/an_amazing_furry_mobile_game_smash_champs_its/

I realized fairly quickly that it was a "Fruit Ninja" re-skin and besides swiping green balls in order to train your champ, there wasn't much else to do. But I hung on to the app as it was a fun time-waster while waiting for the bus and sitting between classes.

I tried to find a wiki for the game. No wiki, but I did find a rather depressing "let's play" that only highlighted the fact that there is nothing to do after you've trained your champ.

Kiloo then came out with an update that allows you to earn new skins for your character that increased their overall power, and made some modifications to the training.

I still had some gripes, though, the biggest being that you just sat and watched as your character either kicked butt or had their butt kicked.

I think my patience has paid off, however. Kiloo just came out with another update that offers you power-ups that you can choose before training and things to swipe at during the fight!

The aesthetics are still beautiful, the app is still free, there are no pay walls. Is the game perfect? No, but it seems to be getting better. So come on in! The water's fine!

Dragons seem to cliche and seeing as how i always have my chest puffed out in pride and feel like nothing in the world can stop me i think i might be a mighty hydra. Could that be a thing?
