Image Comics have been proudly announcing their new fantasy graphic novel Hinges, written and illustrated by Meredith McClaren. “This graphic novel introduces the nuts and bolts of a city called Cobble, where one girl new to the city, Orio, must depend on help wherever she can find it. Her assigned familiar, Bauble, has his own agenda however. As the two explore the walls of the city, they find they are not the only new arrivals. ” Her “assigned familiar” appears to be a cat, and Orio herself appears to be… constructed. New to the Community
Hi everyone! I'm kinda new to the fandom and I don't know anyone personally in it, so I thought I'd try posting here. I feel like I always should've been a part of the fandom, but I've got friends that don't exactly see it in the best light, so I kinda denied myself from thinking that I belonged in the fandom. I feel a bit better now that I've stopped lying to myself. I even told one of the naysayers (who I consider a pretty close friend of mine) and he's cool with it. I've been lurking this subreddit for about a week or so now and honestly I'm a little overwhelmed, but I wanna try and meet some new friends.
