Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb for Linux
The Wyrmkeep Entertainment Co. announces the release of Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb for Linux. This classic adventure game tells the tale of Rif the Fox and his attempt to prove his innocence in the theft of the Orb of Storms, a relic of the ancient Humans. The player guides Rif and his companions/guards Okk the Boar and Eeah the Elk in discovering clues, overcoming challenges, and exploring a land of intelligent, humanoid animals.
Inherit the Earth: Quest for the Orb is currently available for purchase on CD-ROM for either Linux, Mac OS X or Windows directly from the publisher at http://www.wyrmkeep.com/ite. A playable demo to the game can be downloaded from the same site.
Forums
We have added forums to our web site. You can now get direct feedback from the Wyrmkeep Entertainment staff and discuss Inherit the Earth with other players.
Coming Soon: The Labyrinth of Time
The Labyrinth of Time is a first-person adventure game that takes place in a maze composed of different places and times through history. You have given the task of destroying this labyrinth before the spirit of the power-mad King Minos can use it to rule the universe. The Labyrinth of Time for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux should be available for purchase by Christmas of this year.
The beautiful artwork of The Labyrinth of Time was created by the talented Bradley W. Schenck, who sells his own Celtic and Retro-Furturistic artwork on his web site.
(Although this last item is not particularly furry in nature, it has been included for completeness :)
