Upcoming Furry Comics for November 2003
Doodles and Treesong wiegh in with this month's upcoming comics list.Whew! Worldcon takes a lot out of a rabbit. But here it is, time for another listing of what's coming up in comics, based on the Diamond Comics catalog. Before I get into the list, let me just say that if you love comics, and indy comics especially, then The Beguiling in Toronto is Mecca. I could have walked in there with a suitcase full of cash and walked out broke. Happy, but broke. Check out their website: www.beguiling.com and see for yourself.
Speaking of websites, it has occurred to me that if I can give you site links to the publishers, you can see some of this stuff for yourself. Maybe if you can check out sample pages, you'll order a few more of these titles. And don't forget to check out back issues, either.
Lots of good stuff, including some holiday releases, so let's get going.

Powerpuff Girls #44 - $2.25 - order #SEP030287

Superman/Thundercats - $5.95 - order #SEP030306
BECAUSE NOBODY DEMANDED IT! Judd Winick has done far better work than this. So have Ale Garza and Trevor Scott. But, Time Warner has to pay for those executive brunches _somehow._

A reoffering (STAR18930), but we didn't mention it the first time. 'An evocative murder mystery set in the Norwegian countryside, boiling with passion, buried past crimes, revelations, and ambiguous characters. Translated into English, it recasts the story with Jason's iconic animal characters from his previous novel Sshhhh!'
