Okay, first of all, thank you to Cassidy the Civet. You're awesome. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Except for of course me.
Second of all, at last count, The Secret Life of Pets and Ratchet & Klank were tied for first, though it's still a wide open field (and of course, the poll is still open).
What, no birds? How about Cody Maverick from Surf's Up :)
Added! :D

That is the single most appropriate response ever. This is genuinely almost heartwarming.
If it means iconic as in having the biggest impact and following then it would have to be Po. Toothless isn't even anthro and while the Shrek movies were probably bigger than Kung Fu Panda, Donkey was just a side character. The only reason I know about Fantastic Mr Fox is because of the fandom. I haven't seen the movie, don't remember any advertising for it and can't recall anyone that wasn't a furry ever talking about it.
"If all mankind minus one, were of one opinion, and only one person were of the contrary opinion, mankind would be no more justified in silencing that one person, than he, if he had the power, would be justified in silencing mankind."

It was a flop in America; according to IMDB it may not have released in South Africa (that could be just IMDB's lack of info, though). It's become more respected since then, especially in animation circles; it was kind of a "cult" movie from inception (the director has a cult fanbase on top of the furry aspect), so it took time to find its audience.
And also Fantastic Mr. Fox is amazing so the world wasn't ready to handle it yet. :3

What about Puss in Boots?? Sure he was a supporting character in the Shrek films, but then he got his own movie, and it was a good one at that.
Damn, I can't believe I forgot him! ;w;
