Hiya! Just your regular otter butt here.

I recently noticed that around 80% of my furry friends I have on skype (and thus online) NEVER start a conversation. It is (nearly) always me who gives them a quick hi or hello or how are you. Then I get one word replies and boom the moment the conversation stops, they dont even say bye before logging off...

Okay it does seem like a melodramatic problem I have (and it definitely is). But I am not going to put the effort in keeping whatever friendship there is left xD plus most of my contacts on skype barely even give me a poke despite the effort to get to know each other more from my part.

Just wanted to ask if anyone of you guys experienced/experiencing this? :p

Now before I start, I know a lot of you are like "Suiting at an event not for furries? HERESY!" It was for the video and my online persona as what Vidcon is all about.

Now as for experiences, pretty much everybody loved it want was nice about it, but Vidcon is the WORST place to suit with crowded people. The main reason being the amount of famous people there. Now why would this be a problem to a suiter? Well, many times over the course of the weekend I have had many kids (from 13-15 years old) try to rip off my head assuming I was a famous Tuber or Viner. Many more asked... and demanded I take it off for the same reasons.

I was also wrong in choosing a fox and an online video convention. The amount of times I was asked what I say or to show them a car fax was ridiculous.

Now for the positive: Pretty much the same as any positive suit, a bunch of people smiling, asking for pictures, and having fun. I really love bringing smiles to peoples faces (as that is my purpose in life), but some kids have to learn some gosh darned respect.
