I really saw some things like "What would happen if you became your fursona" or "Would you adopt and irl anthro kid" and I didn't see this kind of question in my short time here.

I do not know about you,and have little of experience of having a roomate (a 4 day trip on a hotel,but no chores,which I know is a big part). But I guess if it was a long-term roomate,I would earn his trust(explained letter),talk about himself and me,as he is pretty much an amplified version of me,and try to see if he is okay at talking to other people,as he was constantly bullied and may have lost his trust to most people.

What would you guy do? :3

Hello /r/furry community,

I know there are a few skype groups around but I didn't find one that suited my aspirations.

I wanted a group where a group of furs would RP together, talk about stories, universes and more.

So I decided to create a new Skype group: The furry writer's den.

I envision this to be a place:

• where massive real time RPs can take place
• where the theme can change every night (Science fiction, Modern, Fantasy, Book night and more)
• where we can discuss stories and books, bounce ideas for RPs and more
• where you can find partner(s) to role play in private
• where you can role play regardless of your level

I tagged this NSFW because I don't want to limit the creativity of the members of this group. If they want to role play sexual or other adult themed scenes, they will be free to do so.

Everyone is welcome regardless of role play level. This group is open to everyone and it hasn't the vocation to be elitist.

The current rules:

1. Respect other players. Out of character attacks are forbidden.
2. If you want drama, role play it. Out of character drama is forbidden.
3. You don’t make another player’s character act.
4. Respect the group RP sessions. A tag will be placed on the title when one is ongoing. Out of character talk during that time needs to be between brackets.
5. Sharing of images are not forbidden but not encouraged.
6. Only SFW images should be shared directly. NSFW images should be linked with the proper tagging.

Why I created a separate account?

I come from forum role play where the administration and moderators were separate accounts. This was to permit a certain objectivity and to avoid mix things up. This was also to avoid people thinking a moderation decision was a personal attack by someone or a OoC (out of charachter) attack for something from their role play.

For me it made sense to apply it here. My personal account is in the group. If knowing my reddit/skype identity is so important, I can answer that in PM but I would like to keep both separate.

Who am I?

I'm a role play lover. I'm role playing for 11 years now. I started in a forum linked to a web based MMORPG. Last year I finally accepted myself as furry. So I am fairly new into the community and I'm trying to integrate myself in it.

Is it a role playing group?

Yes, it is. I'm sorry if this was not clear from the OP.

What's the theme?

Currently none or "modern"/"casual" for the time being.

We are starting. Things are currently fuzzy.

What's the plan?

I plan some theme nights. A poll will be organized to decide what the theme of the next themed event will be. This poll will contain the theme, background, universe and other information. The entries in the poll will be entered by the members.

Also, I plan a book/story discussing night. There will be a poll to choose the book or story. Same principle as for the role play nights.

Those two things are separate. So there will be role play nights and book discussions.

Can we join and role play right away?

Yes, you can casually do that.

What's the role play nights?

An announced moment where the group planned to have a themed session. The theme is chosen by poll.

Last year DC Comics’ Vertigo line introduced an interesting new take on the killer werewolf  trope with the full-color mini-series Wolf Moon, written by Cullen Bunn and illustrated by Jeremy Haun. In it the werewolf is not a person, or even a group of people: It’s a malevolent transforming spirit that hops from person to person every rise of the full moon, making it difficult to track and nearly impossible to stop. Dillon was one of the werewolf’s former targets — and he is determined to find the werewolf spirit and destroy it once and for all. Now just in time for Halloween, Vertigo have announced that Wolf Moon #1 to #6 have been collected in a single trade paperback edition coming in late October.
