After fiddling around with different styles, i now finally feel confident enough to try a kick out of being the man who gives out free art instead of the guy who takes it.

The way i'm gonna do is like this : I'll pick off 3 characters in 24 hours, trough a certain criteria that i won't list because i don't want to drag out this thread for too long. They're either going to be headshots or half body pieces that will look a little like this : http://imgur.com/a/9dXCi and sadly i will be accepting only those who have references. I will notify those who have gotten in via. the thread comments.

So in anything that can be pursued there is an ideal - how you want things to turn out - and the reality - what actually happens. As of these last few days I have been less than idealistic in my behavior. I've been rude, insensitive, and cold. When I was young I would accidentally hit my head on a headboard or something, and out of sheer spite for the headboard and for myself I'd hit my head on it again; every big welt deserves an encore, right?

I wish I could be polite, sensitive to others, and kindly all the time. But beyond the flair and the cute fursona there is a reality in which I just can't be consistent with my ideals. And I dread and fear those days when the pressure builds up behind this screen and what I appear to you on here finally comes loose and all the reality spills out. I don't want to be this kind of person; I'd rather be excellent for everyone on here.

You're my people and I'm hoping that there are some of you who can relate with me on this. No matter how we dance, there comes a time when we screw up and reveal our less glorious features. But I'm working on my dancing, and I'm trying real hard to make that dark-side disappear for good, so bear with me as I make this adventure.

To the ones I've acted poorly towards, I'm sorry. I have no adequate excuses for myself, but a still-tender heart that wishes you might forget just one more time. You're a great community, and sometimes I wonder just how you guys can be so consistent with yourselves. You have my wonder and awe.

So, a topic worth discussing here (so this doesn't have to be all about me) - I'm sure I'm not the only one who lapses in his codes of behavior. What do you think is the ideal for our community on hear in terms of forgiveness and redemption? How many times can we forgive someone until we realize that we're being push-overs for the person in question? And how hard would you say it is to live out your ideals in spite of the reality?

Update: You've all been wonderful and kind. I feel good and forgiven, and that I can show my face around you guys once more. You've all been lovely.

I know if you look at my account, it'll say I made it like 2 minutes ago, but it's because I don't want this to show up on my main account.

Anyway, I'm doing a project for my high school on youth subcultures, and I was wondering if any of you all would be up for an interview. It would have to be either today or tomorrow, and it won't be too long. I just wanted to ask some questions about what the fandom is, your involvement in it, etc. It will be completely anonymous if you want, but it doesn't have to be. I'm pretty new to the whole furry thing myself, and I didn't want to rely on a wikipedia definition for my project, so I figured I go right to the source. Pm or comment below if you're interested in an interview, or if you have any advice on where I should guide the project towards. I'm so far mostly going to be focusing on comparing how furries view themselves as opposed to how the media and the general public views them. Thanks in advance!

TLDR: I want people to interview about their involvement in the furry community today or tomorrow.
