Two new ‘Fuzzy’ novels published
Author: Fred
One of the most “furry” s-f novels was H. Beam Piper‘s 1962 “Little Fuzzy” (Project Gutenberg) followed by his two sequels, “Fuzzy Sapiens” and “Fuzzies and Other People“, about the small furry natives of the planet Zarathustra. The three were republished by Ace Books in a combined edition, “The Complete Fuzzy” (’98).

John “The Gneech” Robey gives us a thrilling mystery to discuss for this week’s show. Squash and Stretch, a pair of private dicks low on their luck, find a juicy case when a mink comes into the office, followed close on the heels by a nosy rat. Murder is the question, and the only clue is a lone note referencing a Beatles song- which just so happens to be Skip’s favorite band.
We hope you enjoy!… Read more..

He was arrested in October and bailed until this week.

They included:

He has been bailed and will appear before Blackburn Magistrates’ Court on May 31.
Before his arrest, Henderson would appear as the mascot at children’s birthday parties.
He also helped out in an administrative role at the club’s indoor football centre.
He was immediately relieved of his role when the allegations emerged.
A spokesman for Blackburn Rovers confirmed that Henderson no longer had any association with the club.
The Roar the Lion part was filled by a number of people on a rotating basis.
Following the allegations, Rovers ditched the mascot and launched a competition to design a new one.

Besides crime, the second-biggest concern for some Philadelphians, according to one City Council member, are raccoons, the furry thugs … that rummage through your trash and put entire neighborhoods on edge.

Creating your first 'sona.
I've considered myself a furry for a long time now, but never bothered to make a fursona. Problem is, I can't draw and I don't know any other furries in person to help me out. I would think that it is difficult to convey to another artist online what you really want and what details you want. What is the best way to go about doing this?
I'm going to sleep, I'll check out and reply to responses in the morning. Thanks!

Why are there no yiffy animated movies?
Seriously, you'd think the Japanese would have gotten on this by now. Where are the full length animated films that look like this?. It's a huge void in the market.
(Unless these kinds of films already exist and I just don't know about them? O_O)

(That is, except the chapter 12 cover)

Parakeet population explosion in London
The New York Times reports that the population of tropical rose-ringed parakeets in Britain, up from 1,500 ten years ago from escaped or deliberately released pets, has grown to an estimated 30,000 today, “turning a once-exotic bird into a notorious pest that awakens children, monopolizes garden bird feeders, and might even threaten British crops.”
The problem is acute in the suburbs of London, with one retiree reporting consumption of the contents of an entire bird feeder in one day.

What is the furry opinion on animal testing?
May seem like a dumb question but I'm generally curious as to the community opinion on this controversial topic.

Settlement In Donald Duck Groping Lawsuit
April Magolon’s complaint, filed last August against Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, was formally dismissed today by Judge John Padova in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia. The judicial order came a day after lawyers for the parties reported that the matter had been settled. Magolon’s attorney, Michael Pansini, sought dismissal of the lawsuit “with prejudice,” meaning that the action could not be refiled.
