Like the title says, I am somewhat new to the furry fandom and I need help with a few things, including making a Fursona.

So, I've known about furries for a while, and now I decided that I would actually like to get into the community. I've started to participate here, but I would like some help with a couple things, listed below.

-Where can I get a ref sheet done, currently for free, or for a nonmonetary payment (I have a couple steam gifts and some nice hats in my inventory) since I'm not in great finacial waters rights now? I know people do free drawings from time to time, so I'll still be keeping an eye out for those. But I'm looking for someone to draw a ref sheet

-Where do I even begin on making one? I know what animal I want, thats it. Im just stumped. Do I just write down the description of the fursona and wait until I get it drawn?

They might be easy or dumb questions to many of the more experienced members, but I would really like some help with it, or any advice you have.

In a discussion involving one of my friends who identifys as a furry I made a statement in which I argued it was both a fetish and a pathological disorder. Now I've done research and I understand this to a bit more of a degree in an attempt to not be ignorant about something I have zero understanding about.

With that said I'd love if some of you helped me understand how this interest is not a disorder from the sexual aspect of the fandom, and furthermore how its not a fetish. Lastly I'd like to know what seperates furry from zooaphilia.

I'd like to conclude by stating that in no way am I saying anything about being a furry is wrong, I'm simply looking for a logical , unemotional answer to the questions listed and hopefully a better understanding of something that is foreign to me. Thank you .
