Alright fuzzbutts! SkyOath here from the Tip of The Tail Podcast, how has it been? I myself have spent quite some time away from the microphone (this subreddit as well) and would like to get back in the grove of podcasting. Now as you may know, me and my co-host (upgradeninja) have only produced two episode of Tip of The Tail season one. With that being said, I'd like to make episode three way more organised and more awesome than the last. So I ask you this r/furry, what do you want from a podcast? I have never been to a fur con before. The nearest one, Rainfurrest, is still a three hour drive from where I live. So I want to make sure it is something I want to go to. I'm nervous since I so far I haven't seen the few furs I know mention going to it this year.

Would you all mind sharing your experiences at Rainfurrest? Especially if you attended in the past couple of years. Is it still fun if you don't know many people, or is it really cliquey?

The first and only con I attended was a Comic Con in Portland and it was extremely cliquey.

I'm not much of an artist, but I do enjoy writing from time to time. I posted story of mine from /r/writingprompts the other day in a comment, and it seemed like you guys liked it. Since many of the stories I write involve werewolves, furries, or regular animals, I figured you all might like to see more of them!

This list includes most of the stories that I think you guys would like, though sadly I have a few that I was unable to find the original prompts for. I also have a few non-furry prompts not on this list as well, if anyone is interested.

Standalone Stories

28 Days - A man is bitten by a werewolf, and he has a month before he transforms into one himself.

Aliens vs Werewolves - Aliens invade Earth, only to discover that fantasy creatures are real.

Artificial life form - An artificial life form tries to discover just what that means. (Warning: SAD)

Big Bad Wolf - The tale of three little pigs, reversed.

Cat - A man wakes up to find his stupid cat is not so stupid any more.

Doctor Visit - The main character visits the doctor for an embarrasing personal condition.

Dragon's Den - Dragon's Den, with real dragons

Genetics - The consequences of widespread, unchecked genetic engineering

Guardian - An ancient pact between two species

Naked - Animals all over the world suddenly realize they are naked, and they scramble to find clothes.

Sorcerer - The most powerful sorcerer in the world doesn't look the part.

Spirit Guide - Everyone gets an animal spirit as a guide when they reach adulthood. This one is defective.

Series Wolf

Wolf - A werewolf and his daughter

Daughter - 25 years later

Vengance - A werewolf makes peace, the only way she knows how

Ripples

Not a Place of Honor - In the far future, an ancient burial chamber is unearthed.

Kechkel - Prequel to Not a Place of Honor

Automat - (Not furry) An automated defense system

Weapons - (Not furry) A coming-of-age ceremony

Ripples - Three lives, separated in time. I recommend reading Automat, Weapons, and Not a Place of Honor first.
