Sorry, I hope I'm not posting too much, but I made an update on my fursona!

Furry Reddit - Sun 22 Feb 2015 - 12:21

Here she is now. I may or may not add a bow (you can see that I erased one, haha). Still haven't decided yet.

Here is the original-the post I made yesterday

Let me know what you think of her!

Why is /r/furries private?

Furry Reddit - Sun 22 Feb 2015 - 10:02

So I learned that there is a subreddit called /r/furries which is no doubt similar to /r/furry. Is there anyone here that knows why it's private and what's in there?

Do I need a fursona?

Furry Reddit - Sun 22 Feb 2015 - 04:13

Ok, I saw the post from yesterday about coming for the porn but staying for the community. For me it was a fetish for years before I even learned there was a community. I've avoided it for the most part but I'm curious about diving in and seeing what it's like. Everyone seems to have a fursona though and I've never even considered it. Should I have one? I don't feel like I have one in me, if that makes sense. I'm just me and I just like furry stuff. If I were to draw something I don't know if I could attach my personality to it. I could maybe come up with a character and list certain traits it has but I don't think I understand myself or people well enough to make it feel like a real personality existed there. Maybe it's because a character isn't interesting until it has a past, present, and future. I love Redrusker's work, Sea Salt is a believable character to me. Maybe I'm just afraid of creating an empty shell of a character that even I can't like.

Scaled dragon tails from the Furcon 2015 art auction: who was the artist?

Furry Reddit - Sun 22 Feb 2015 - 04:09

I've seen the scaled dragon tails at Further Confusion art auction every year, but I keep forgetting to write down the artist to contact them later. Does anyone have a link to the artist who makes those?
