Finished this piece yesterday after receiving critiques. Also, if you're looking on how to draw, read the comments for something for you!
Interested in learning about the Deaf Furry community.
I've been wondering what the deaf sub community of the Furry community is like. I know it exists. I am not deaf myself, but I am an ASL user with possible plans to go into interpreting, and am active member of the deaf culture activities around my university. I was just interested in seeing what the demographic is like, and possibly make a friend or two along the way. -And possibly learn some new signs or something.- Im still learning sign, second year of it in college so bear with me-

Something I've recently drawn with colored pencils, sorry for not so great quality photo. The photo doesn't do it justice, also unfinished
Funny ways of finding the fandom?
So, I figured some of you might have a funny story of how you or someone else found the fandom. Personally mine isnt that funny. It was how a guy said "its basically just people who f*ck animals" i couldnt believe it and googled it. Slowly but surely i went "hey, i kinda like this" (in more ways than one).
But someone here must have some funny story of how you or someone else found their way over here.

Welcome to the very first Smallballd! These will be little mini-episode when we are not able to record a full episode. Sepko is busy with university and his fancy new job as a butt-to-seat director, so Killick and Ringo sit down and have a nice chat. This podcast is chocked full of animal news (courtesy of Xander), and a plea from Killick to please read his stuff.
You can find Killick’s story on FurAffinity here, or on Sofurry here.

A couple of years ago I was speaking to someone who had a slug fursona. I found it veeerrry strange.
Edit: Was not expecting to wake up to a bajillion replies and this being stickied. Wow.

Tooting Panda Toons
The cartoonist known as Linda Panda has a thing for, yes, pandas. Pandas who… fart. Friendly farts that smile and make comments. Seriously. This is the odd world of Linda’s panda cartoons, and she’s been creating them daily and putting them up on the web for some time now. More recently, thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign, she’s collected hundreds of her daily works (as well as her more “traditional” sketches, perhaps) in book form. Head over to her official web site to find out how to get your own copy — as well as buttons and prints and other such ways you can see farting pandas.

Is it this a bad thing?
Sorry for a click bait title.
So my fursona is based slightly off a character from something and also based off me. I've gotten flak for it being slightly based off a character from something though. So is that a bad thing or what?
