No matter what species you are, do you tend to form stronger bonds with people who identify with the same species as you? Or do you personally not care which species someone is?

ie; I myself, being a skunk, will always try to say hello and befriend other skunkfurs.

So there is a furry convention coming up in August that I plan to go to. It would be my first. My problem is that I am 15 (will be 16 in May). While I'm still able to attend, and participate, there are certain areas and things I will not be able to access due to my age. I feel like this make it less enjoyable, or just not worth it until I'm an adult. If anyone could give some advice from personal experience, It would help me a lot! Thank you~ ~Side note: I am also going alone, unless I make a furry friend by that time. Is it worth it to go alone? Or is it suggested to go with friends? Thanks again! <3

I know some sculpt foam to create the basic shape, but I thought it would be cool to just print out plushies.

UV mapping basically takes a 3D object and unfolds it into 2D, like peeling an orange.

Don't know if this would work for fursuits, but it'd be cool to try.

EDIT: I would love to, but Blender3D is a pain-in-the-ass (like being fucked with a rusty nail) to learn.
