FurBuy back up after 'massive DDoS attack'

Furry auction site FurBuy has resumed service after going offline for the best part of a day.
FurBuy went down around 9PM EST Wednesday, due to what site owner Jurann called a "massive DDoS attack that exploited a vulnerability in the DNS hosting".

Does anyone know who did it? I would assume 4chan, but that might not be the case.
Who knows? Maybe they saw an auction site and hoped to make money off of it. Maybe they just hate furs. I've asked on LJ.
Edit: Jurann said he didn't know either, but gave a detailed explanation of the attack
Haters gonna hate...
But seriously, why?
